Everything on our online stores is made just for you, so you can send a request for a free return within 7 days of the delivery date for most items.
Exchanges are available in the form of a replacement order or a voucher for sizing, style, and color issues.

2. Order Placements: When placing an order, ensure that all information, including shipping address and contact details, is accurate and up to date. Henriz Creative is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

5. Returns and Refunds: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving the product to arrange for a return or exchange. Please note that personalized or custom items may not be eligible for returns.
